Mid-level Construction Manager – Homabay

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking a mid‑level Construction Manager to lead construction projects in the Homabay area. You will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full construction project lifecycles, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage on‑site teams of supervisors, foremen, and laborers.
• Maintain safety and emergency response standards across all projects.
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies, produce blueprints, and perform on‑site investigations.
• Support procurement of materials and equipment.
• Lead proactive maintenance of heavy equipment and facilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve emerging issues, and optimise cost efficiency.
• Manage budgets, purchase equipment/materials, monitor progress and compile reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with BOQs and project‑planning software.
• Strong project management and supervision capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional work ethic, integrity and a learning mindset.
