About the role

The Mombasa Warehouse Specialist will ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations, supporting the overall supply chain objectives. This full‑time position focuses on maintaining high standards of organization, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and continuously improve Warehouse 6S standards, applying FIFO principles.
Manage and optimise receiving and issuing operations, ensuring strict procedural compliance.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular stocktaking and diligent control.
Execute ad‑hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisors to support warehouse and supply‑chain goals.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree (required).
Degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative field demonstrating strong calculation and decision‑making abilities.
Previous experience in warehouse or supply‑chain management is a significant advantage.
Strong self‑learning capability and proactive attitude toward acquiring new knowledge.
