Motion Designer – Localization

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a creative Motion Designer to join its Localization team. You will work closely with marketing to adapt video creatives for global audiences, leveraging AI tools to ensure content feels native across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt high‑impact video ads for diverse markets (LATAM, EMEA, SEA, etc.) while preserving brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on concepts and maximize local relevance.
• Integrate AI tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo) into daily workflow for video generation and enhancement.
• Use specialized localization tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so) for dubbing, lip‑syncing, and asset generation.
• Experiment with new creative technologies to improve production efficiency.
• Operate in an agile environment, moving between squads and campaign types.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design or video production, preferably on global/localized campaigns.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with efficient project structures.
• Deep understanding of typography and layout across multiple languages.
• Experience using AI tools for creative production and an interest in AI‑driven localization workflows.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing concepts.
