Motion Designer – Localization

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a creative Motion Designer to join its Localization team. You will work closely with marketing to adapt high‑impact video creatives for diverse global markets, using cutting‑edge AI tools to ensure content feels native to non‑English speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt video ads for LATAM, EMEA, SEA and other regions while preserving brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on concepts and maximize local relevance.
• Integrate AI tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so) into daily workflow for video generation, dubbing, lip‑syncing and asset creation.
• Experiment with new creative technologies to improve production efficiency.
• Test and refine effects, instruments and workflows in an agile, squad‑based environment.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production, preferably on global/localized campaigns.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with efficient project structures.
• Deep understanding of typography and layout across multiple languages.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven creative tools and basic knowledge of performance marketing.
