Motorbike Sales Representative – Kibera (Full‑Time)

About the role

Treasure Communications Limited, a BTL marketing firm operating across East Africa and the UAE, is looking for energetic Motorbike Sales Representatives (MSRs) to work in Kibera, Nairobi. You will be the face of our clients on the ground, using a motorbike to reach customers, promote products, and drive sales in a fast‑paced, on‑the‑move environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales and merchandising activities on assigned routes.
• Conduct roadshows, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Plan daily routes, track performance, and report sales results.
• Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum age 24 years.
• At least 3 years of motorbike riding experience with a valid driver’s licence.
• KCSE certificate; additional certificate in Sales/Marketing or 2+ years as a Field Sales Representative or Merchandiser is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentable appearance, and flexibility with time and location.
• High integrity, reliability, and goal‑oriented mindset.
