About the role

We are a premium creative agency in Hargeisa seeking a visual storyteller to join our international team. The role blends motion design, video production and brand storytelling across digital and live‑event platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce motion graphics for brand identity campaigns and client launches.
• Edit and deliver polished promotional and marketing videos for digital platforms.
• Create animated content for social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
• Design large‑format visual assets for LED screens and live‑event productions.
• Animate brand logos, identity systems and visual assets.
• Build broadcast‑quality motion elements including openers, lower thirds, transitions and title sequences.
• Collaborate with creative, design and events teams on integrated campaigns.
• Manage your own project pipeline and meet deadlines consistently.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Background in a creative agency, branding studio, production house or advertising environment.
• Ability to take a brief and deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable switching between social content, event visuals, brand films and corporate videos.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excitement about an international posting and the associated lifestyle.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects (primary motion‑graphics tool).
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing and sequencing).
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (asset creation and design support).
• Adobe InDesign (layout and print‑to‑digital adaptation).
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya or other 3D animation software (bonus).
• Experience with broadcast design, storyboarding and concept development.
• Basic photography or cinematography knowledge.
