NetSuite Migration & Finance Management Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & ERP Migration Analyst to join our Portfolio Finance team. The role will support the migration of UK business units to NetSuite and manage day‑to‑day finance for a new Canadian HoldCo. It is a fully remote position with occasional onsite visits as required by clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration of UK entities onto the NetSuite ERP platform, including creation and maintenance of Chart of Accounts mapping files.
• Validate and reconcile financial data, identify discrepancies, and perform testing throughout the migration process.
• Coordinate data collection, maintain migration trackers, and liaise with business units and integration partners to meet project deadlines.
• Manage bookkeeping, supplier payments, banking activities, and month‑end/year‑end reporting for the Canadian HoldCo.
• Prepare documentation for Canadian tax compliance and assist with acquisitions and entity set‑up.

Required profile

• Proactive accounting professional with experience in ERP migrations and international finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
