About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to create a warm, nurturing learning environment for early‑years children. The role involves planning and delivering play‑based activities that promote child development, social interaction and early literacy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, play‑based learning activities.
- Support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
- Encourage early literacy through interactive storytelling and games.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to align activities with curriculum goals.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline) – mandatory.
- Montessori diploma is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of preschool experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a vibrant personality are welcome.
- Excellent command of English.
- Energetic, creative and able to engage young learners.
