About the role

The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth internal communication. This position supports station administration and handles a variety of administrative tasks within a faith‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day office operations and workflow.
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate internal communication across departments.
Support station administration tasks, including correspondence and scheduling.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses.

Required profile

Administrative experience in an office setting.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under flexible hours, including non‑standard broadcasting times.
Baptized and practicing Seventh‑day Adventist with deep understanding of SDA doctrines.
Experience in church administration.
Proficiency in Kikuyu language.

Required skills

Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
