Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an execution‑driven Operations Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our day‑to‑day business operations. The role involves streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and aligning cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise core operational teams, manage daily workflows, and ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor departmental operating expenses, manage allocations, and execute cost‑optimization initiatives to protect profitability.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to eliminate operational silos and ensure seamless execution.
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and mitigate operational risks.
• Allocate human, financial, and material resources effectively to support business scalability and team performance.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in business operations, logistics, or project management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or PMP are a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to work with process‑mapping tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Management methodologies.
• PMP certification (if held).
