Operations Manager – Logistics & Delivery

About the role

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to drive productivity, quality, and safety across its delivery network. You will lead a team, partner with delivery stations, and implement process improvements to meet Amazon’s customer‑centric goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate strategy and performance goals, ensuring route productivity through training, analysis, and feedback.
• Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station management team to establish and maintain quality‑control standards.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional tasks and track progress across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate across departments to align goals and guarantee program success.
• Plan and forecast strategically to evaluate performance and resolve problems.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including data gathering, analysis, and supply‑chain insights.
• Design and implement transportation‑network improvements that increase flexibility and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building security, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
