Operations Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead manufacturing and commercial functions, aligning daily activities with the company’s strategic transformation goals. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure seamless execution of cross‑functional projects and maintain high operational performance across the factory, depot, transport and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the Managing Director, translating companywide transformation goals into actionable operational plans.
• Lead and monitor cross‑functional projects, tracking milestones, timelines and deliverables using Gantt charts and master plans.
• Facilitate Weekly Operations Review (WOR) and Daily Operations Review (DOR) meetings, record minutes, and maintain dashboards for task completion.
• Implement a matrix accountability framework with clear KPIs and escalation mechanisms for Factory, Depot, Transport and Commercial units.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, manage marketing budget, and drive customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS.
• Oversee production planning, shift scheduling, material readiness and preventive maintenance to meet delivery timelines and maintain OEE.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting to senior leadership and board‑level updates.
