We are a leading healthcare supplier to the United Nations and non‑profit organisations worldwide, seeking an Operations Specialist to support our global logistics and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturers and logistic suppliers worldwide, ensuring the right products are at the right place at the right time.
• Act as the focal point for customers, communicating on ongoing projects and strategic topics.
• Coordinate shipments and after‑sales services at the end‑user’s site.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.

Required profile

• Ability to see the big picture and take initiative.
• Very good academic track record.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Passion for the company’s healthcare mission.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellence in execution.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
