About the role
White Rose Drycleaners Ltd is looking for a results‑driven, detail‑oriented Supervisor to manage daily dry‑cleaning operations, lead branch teams and ensure high quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, staff shifts and production quality control.
- Motivate staff to meet operational and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Conduct daily financial reconciliations and manage inventory to minimise waste.
- Oversee routine machine maintenance and enforce health‑and‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in operations, retail or hospitality.
- Age 30 years or older, mature, honest and self‑motivated.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Hands‑on knowledge of POS and inventory management systems.
