Overseas Marketing Graphic Design Manager

About the role

The Overseas Marketing Graphic Design Manager leads the visual creation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. Based in Nairobi, the role ensures that all visual assets are high‑quality, culturally appropriate, and fully aligned with the company’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver key visuals (KV) for overseas campaigns, including social media posts, exhibition graphics, video covers, flyers and other promotional assets.
• Translate new product launch requirements into multilingual catalogues, posters, detail pages and short‑video covers.
• Establish and maintain a global visual design system, creating guidelines for colour, typography, layout and logo usage.
• Review regional creative output to guarantee compliance with brand and cultural standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the design team, allocating tasks, setting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams and managing visual projects for international markets.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt designs for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality control and deadline management.
