Packing & Unpacking Worker – Full‑time

About the role

Join a dynamic warehouse team to pick, pack and dispatch client orders. You will work from picking lists, ensure orders are fulfilled on time and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and work from picking lists to fulfil, pack and dispatch client orders
• Process orders according to client instructions and specified timeframes
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Sales, external customers and transport organisations
• Keep the warehouse clean, flatten empty boxes and store them correctly
• Report potential risks, product defects or material shortages to senior staff
• Promote safety for yourself and colleagues while performing tasks
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer service levels
• Meet individual and departmental key performance indicators

Required profile

• At least 1 month of previous warehouse experience
• Manual handling experience
• Forklift (FLT) licence is a strong advantage
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
