About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy for a portfolio of local service businesses. Working fully remote, you will manage campaigns for over 40 clients, each with monthly budgets ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, and be accountable for lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords, and maintain a 10%+ conversion rate across accounts.
- Write conversion‑focused ad copy and set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Manage bid strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) and perform Quality Score audits.
- Create remarketing audiences, run RLSA campaigns, and oversee Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead‑generation, traffic, retargeting, and brand‑awareness campaigns.
- Brief the content team on creative assets, run A/B tests, and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Produce monthly performance reports using the agency dashboard, GA4, and CallRail, translating data into business‑owner outcomes.
Required profile
- Remote work aligned with US Mountain Time business hours.
- Reports directly to the Director of Marketing / Agency Principal.
- Hands‑on experience managing multiple paid‑media accounts simultaneously.
