Paid Media Strategist – ROI‑Driven Campaign Lead

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Paid Media Strategist to own and optimise ROI‑focused advertising campaigns across major platforms. You will manage a portfolio of clients, develop targeting strategies, and continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter and, when applicable, Amazon.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviours.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan and allocate budgets to maximise return on ad spend while meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing on copy, visuals and landing pages to refine performance.
• Stay current with platform algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular performance insights to internal stakeholders and contribute to integrated marketing plans with SEO, content and account teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
