Partnerships Manager

About the role

As a Partnerships Manager at Athena, you will act as the bridge between our members and their Executive Assistants, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support. You will lead a team of Executive Assistants, drive partnership growth, and resolve challenges to keep relationships on track.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑quality partnerships with Athena members and their Executive Assistants.
• Understand each member’s business and personal strategies to anticipate needs and align resources.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and generate mutual success.
• Manage escalations, resolve conflicts quickly and diplomatically, and ensure continuous coverage.
• Prioritize Athena’s business interests while seeking win‑win outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10‑15 Executive Assistants, providing training and resources.
• Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and hold the team accountable.
• Think strategically, operate globally, and navigate cultural nuances across multiple time zones.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and member satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of operations and people‑management experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience working with foreign stakeholders, preferably American.
• Police clearance available upon request.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong experience managing client relationships.
• Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
