People & Culture Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to join Accor’s HR team in Nairobi. This 3‑month internship offers hands‑on exposure to daily HR operations and the chance to support talent acquisition, employee services and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks and support the People & Culture team.
• Help Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and support interview logistics.
• Provide assistance on HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, audits and policy queries.
• Respond to employee requests regarding policies, rules and regulations.
• Perform general office duties and any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for talent management and HR.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
