People Operations Generalist

About the role

SalesRabbit is looking for a People Operations Generalist to serve as the operating backbone of its People function. You will design, automate, and execute end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the HRIS as the system of record, maintain data integrity, and drive optimization through data mapping and vendor management.
• Design and manage onboarding and offboarding workflows that create intentional first‑day experiences and respectful exits.
• Lead the employee‑side of benefits, including new‑hire enrollment guidance, answering employee questions, and coordinating leaves such as parental, FMLA, LOA, and ADA.
• Build and maintain a multi‑state compliance calendar covering FMLA, ADA, EEO, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and state registrations; partner with Accounting on ACA and payroll‑tax filings.
• Support managers with coaching, performance documentation, and conflict resolution while mitigating organizational risk.
• Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and analytics across the People Ops stack, treating recurring tasks as systems to be automated.
