About the role

The Per Diem Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides essential assistance to individuals receiving services, helping them with daily living activities and personal care. This part‑time position supports clients in achieving choice, independence, and safety while adhering to Springbrook policies and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
• Promote client choice and independence while maintaining protective oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Springbrook policies and applicable state regulations.
• Transport clients as needed, meeting Springbrook vehicle‑driving requirements.
• Document services and communicate updates using standard computer applications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet Springbrook vehicle‑driving requirements.
• Physical capability to perform all required interventions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
