Personal Driver

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Personal Driver based in Nairobi. The driver provides safe, reliable and timely transportation to the employer, family members, guests and other authorised individuals, and must remain punctual and flexible when schedules or destinations change.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and timely transportation to the employer, family members, guests and other authorised individuals.
• Plan routes and navigate Nairobi, surrounding areas and rural destinations, adapting to traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility when schedules, destinations or travel requirements change.
• Check the vehicle regularly (fuel, tyres, fluids, lights, roadworthiness) and report issues promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well maintained and presentable, and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance and inspections as instructed.
• Keep the employer's personal information, movements, conversations and activities confidential.
• Interact with the employer, family, clients and visitors professionally, respectfully and courteously.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety requirements and employer instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, family or corporate driver.
• Valid Kenyan BCE driving licence with a clean and verifiable driving record.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas, able to navigate urban and rural routes.
• Trustworthy, discreet and responsible, with excellent punctuality, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and safety-conscious, able to handle traffic, changing schedules and unexpected situations professionally.
