Personal Trainer – Fitness Coach

About the role

SATS Norway is expanding its team of personal trainers across multiple locations. As a Personal Trainer you will guide members on their fitness journey, delivering customized training and nutrition plans while providing motivational support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify member needs and goals.
• Design individualized, realistic workout and nutrition programs.
• Deliver one‑on‑one training sessions and monitor progress.
• Inspire and motivate members to achieve lasting lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with centre staff to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of accredited personal trainer education (60 ECTS) or equivalent certification.
• Alternative relevant qualifications (e.g., sport science, physiotherapy, psychology/coaching) are accepted.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive interview and practical audition.
• Availability to work 80‑100 hours per month as an established trainer.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to build a personal client portfolio.
• Positive, inclusive attitude with good relationship‑building skills.
