About the role
We are looking for a diligent Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team in Nairobi. The role involves accurate medication dispensing, inventory management and providing professional support to patients and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications and give clear usage instructions.
- Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain detailed dispensing records and support regulatory inspections.
- Provide guidance on medication use, answer customer inquiries and deliver high‑quality patient care.
Required profile
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
Required skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosages and dispensing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of KES 50,000‑60,000 per month.
