Policy Researcher Internship (Remote)

About the role
The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights AISBL offers a remote eight‑week internship for individuals interested in policy research, human rights, governance, and international relations. Interns will work under supervision to develop analytical writing and policy drafting skills.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews on approved policy, legal, human‑rights or governance topics.
- Prepare research summaries, issue notes and analytical briefs.
- Participate in online supervision sessions.
- Draft a research paper, policy brief or analytical report under guidance.
- Revise written work based on feedback and adhere to academic integrity standards.
- Meet agreed deadlines while working remotely.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral students, recent graduates or early‑career professionals.
- Strong written English skills and interest in policy research, human rights or governance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to follow research methodology and supervisor feedback.
