Presentation Specialist – Remote PowerPoint Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a PowerPoint Consultant to create, edit, and review enterprise‑level presentations for business and executive audiences. This contractor position is fully remote, requiring 40 hours per week with at least four hours of overlap during Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, format, and review enterprise‑level PowerPoint presentations that adhere to professional standards and brand guidelines.
• Transform complex data and concepts into clear, visually compelling slides for business and executive audiences.
• Review, rewrite, and refine slide content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the intended message.
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, colors, visual hierarchy, alignment, and overall presentation quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience producing presentations in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or similar environments.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information concisely and professionally.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
