Procurement & Import Executive

About the role

The Procurement & Import Executive will manage a customer portfolio, ensuring procurement processes and transportation procedures meet client expectations. This junior role offers exposure to a fast‑paced, internationally focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations and timely deliveries.
• Source and procure goods, negotiate best prices and terms with suppliers and forwarders.
• Oversee documentation and logistics to ensure complete, on‑time deliveries.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, suppliers and forwarders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Engineering.
• Junior candidates or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Computer‑savvy with prior exposure to industrial procurement.
• Strong problem‑solving, organization and a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms.
• Strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Documentation and logistics handling.
