Product Engineer (Platform)

About the role

This is a high‑impact, product‑first engineering position focused on building and evolving the backend systems that power blockchain infrastructure at scale. You will own features from problem discovery through design, production, and iteration, working closely with product, DevOps, support, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product initiatives, from discovery and technical design to deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex customer and infrastructure challenges (provisioning, reliability, scalability, observability, cost optimization) into clear technical solutions.
• Design and build backend services, APIs, internal tools, and platform capabilities for blockchain infrastructure.
• Identify bottlenecks, reliability risks, and operational inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Define and track product and engineering metrics such as activation, adoption, provisioning time, deployment success rates, incident frequency, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align technical decisions with business and customer needs.
• Leverage modern AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate research, design, implementation, testing, and analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend exposure in product, platform, or distributed‑systems environments.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex technical projects from discovery through production.
• Strong product mindset, connecting engineering decisions to customer value and business impact.
• Experience building and maintaining production‑grade backend services, APIs, and integrations using a modern programming language.
