Product Manager

About the role

AJAIA is seeking a remote Product Manager to own products in its AI‑focused suite from concept to launch. You will interact daily with US‑based users and engineers, using AI tools to shape specs, prototype, and iterate quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly user and customer conversations on US Eastern time to gather real‑time feedback.
• Translate messy signals, usage data, support tickets, and sales requests into prioritized product decisions.
• Write clear, actionable specifications that engineers can implement without follow‑up meetings.
• Prototype core flows using AI tools, wireframes, or working demos to resolve debates efficiently.
• Contribute directly to code and design, shipping small features or fixes yourself.
• Collaborate with design, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure timely releases.
• Present roadmaps and trade‑offs to stakeholders, handling push‑back and making transparent decisions.
• Monitor post‑launch metrics and act on insights to improve the product.

Required profile

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Sharp judgment on what to build and clear communication of what not to build.
• Strong written and spoken English for specs and customer calls.
• Fluent use of AI tools for data sorting, drafting specs, and prototyping.
• Comfortable contributing to code and design directly.
• 1+ years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated skill.
• Available for 7‑8 hours daily overlap with US Eastern time.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and own laptop.
