Product Owner (Client Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner focused on Client Experience to shape the post‑payment journey of a global digital product used by millions. Based in Kenya and working fully remote, you will drive activation, retention, and value realization for paying users across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the post‑payment customer journey, ensuring rapid and consistent user engagement.
• Identify friction points in discovery, recommendation, and matching flows and design data‑driven solutions.
• Optimize personalization, segmentation, and recommendation logic based on user behavior.
• Collaborate with analytics, design, and engineering teams to test hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate.
• Develop engagement and reactivation mechanics such as gamification and targeted communications.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2C product management, especially with discovery or matching systems.
• Proven track record of improving user activation, onboarding, or time‑to‑value.
• Solid understanding of post‑payment or subscription‑based customer journeys.
• Fluent Russian language skills.

Required skills

• Data‑driven product development, experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Design and improvement of segmentation, personalization, and recommendation logic.
• Strong analytical mindset to uncover core user problems.
