About the role
As a Product Technical Support – Tier 1 Analyst you will be the first point of contact for Assent’s mid‑market customers and suppliers, handling inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, web‑forms, email, live chat and screen‑share sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support requests, managing each case from initial contact through resolution.
- Provide timely, high‑quality assistance while documenting interactions in a regulatory compliance environment.
- Engage with clients and suppliers professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Follow established support processes and contribute creative problem‑solving for unique issues.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work with mid‑market customers and suppliers in a compliance‑focused SaaS platform.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
