Production Administration Intern

About the role

BURN is looking for a proactive Production Administration Intern to support daily administrative and operational activities within its factory environment. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to business operations, data management, and staff coordination while working closely with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks across the factory.
• Enter and maintain employee records, timesheets, and biometric attendance data.
• Help prepare operational and payroll‑related documentation.
• Organise and maintain filing systems and company records.
• Support communication with casual staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and take minutes when required.
• Process employee leave applications and keep leave records up to date.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
