Programme Analyst – Digital Health Systems & Deployment

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Foundations Programmes, the Programme Analyst supports the development, deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of the Uzazi Salama digital health platform. The role provides technical coordination, vendor oversight, implementation support and programme delivery assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination and vendor oversight for the digital health platform.
• Support implementation and delivery of programme activities.
• Act as the day‑to‑day link between Safaricom Foundation, implementing partners, county health teams, users and technology vendors such as Savannah Informatics.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment and operational sustainability.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback.
• Coordinate with county health teams to drive platform adoption.

• Strengthen internal ownership of digital health systems.
• Accelerate issue resolution and improve user adoption.
• Reduce reliance on external vendors through embedded technical coordination.
• Align programme activities with the Foundation’s strategy of speed, accountability and sustainability.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across partners.
• Promote long‑term sustainability of digital health solutions.
