Project Manager – Building & Construction

About the role

Responsible for various projects throughout the development lifecycle at Tatu City, from site identification in the master plan to delivery of infrastructure for both Tatu City and third‑party real‑estate developments. The role requires effective management of budgets and timelines, coordination with service providers, and execution of development activities to meet targets and hand over completed works.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact with clients, preparing scope and fee proposals for multi‑discipline projects.
• Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete architectural and engineering projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors for project capture and execution.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Control project cost, invoicing, and cash‑flow while ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, obtain permits, and oversee procurement of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on high‑rise, residential, commercial or warehouse projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while meeting client expectations.
• Familiarity with quality, health and safety standards.
