Project Manager – Construction & Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee a range of development projects throughout their lifecycle at Tatu City, from site identification in the master plan to the delivery of infrastructure for both internal and third‑party real‑estate developments. The role requires effective budget and timeline management, coordination with service providers, and successful hand‑over of completed works.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets while ensuring compliance with contractual specifications.
• Design and implement control organisations for each project, integrating scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate records in internal and client databases, including logs for materials, drawings, and RFIs.
• Collaborate with client project managers and vendors to prepare technical documentation and perform audits on quality and completeness.
• Establish project control systems, breakdown structures, and coding schemes, and oversee their implementation during the initial contract phase.
• Support decision‑making by providing timely information on trends, risks, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction project management, including multistorey projects.
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Competence in MS Project.
