Project Manager – Multi‑Country Health Supply Chain

About the role
inSupply Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a donor‑funded, multi‑country health supply chain project starting 1 January 2027. The role is based in Nairobi and reports to the Project Director, coordinating across seven country teams and five consortium partners.
Key responsibilities
- Translate contracts, proposals and results frameworks into integrated workplans, schedules, budgets and staffing plans.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across matrixed technical and country teams, monitor progress, manage risks and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain project baselines for scope, schedule, budget and resources; oversee change‑control processes.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, manage donor and client reporting, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing complex, multi‑country projects in global health or development.
- At least 3 years of direct responsibility for integrated workplans, budgets and multi‑partner coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Required skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Risk, issue and dependency register management.
- Use of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
