Project Sales Engineer

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to drive sales of CCTV solutions across government, state‑owned enterprises and large corporate clients. The role combines technical expertise with strong client‑facing skills to deliver end‑to‑end projects and expand market presence in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities for CCTV products and integrated solutions.
• Develop and present technical proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and project milestones.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, contracts, and project status.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in government departments and large enterprises.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CCTV or security‑surveillance industry.
• Proven track record selling to government agencies, state‑owned enterprises, or large corporations.
• Graduated from a top university in Kenya with an engineering background, preferably Computer Science or IT.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Honest, optimistic, outgoing, patient and meticulous with a pleasant professional appearance.
