Property Scout

About the role

As a Property Scout you will be the eyes and ears of HouseHunt Kenya in your assigned area, locating residential properties for rent and sale and ensuring they are accurately represented on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source residential properties for rent and sale within the assigned area.
• Conduct physical inspections to verify location, amenities, security, utilities and overall condition.
• Capture high‑quality photographs and professional video walkthroughs.
• Upload accurate property information onto the HouseHunt Kenya platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, caretakers, agents and developers.
• Assist prospective clients during property viewings when required.
• Identify new developments and off‑market property opportunities.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete and up‑to‑date.
• Represent HouseHunt Kenya professionally within the local area.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Good knowledge of local neighbourhoods and the property market.
• Reliable smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
