Protocol Review Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Protocol Review Specialist you will conduct 20‑minute consultative appointments with customers who have purchased our skin‑care and wellness products. Your goal is to guide them through personalized, science‑backed protocols that maximize results and improve their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers step‑by‑step through tailored wellness protocols based on the products they own.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional supplements, devices, or products that support their beauty goals.
• Generate sales on 30‑40% of appointments, achieving an average order value roughly double the customer's online spend.
• Maintain a full calendar of scheduled appointments using a fast CRM and phone system.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to full‑time work (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5:30 pm CST) with optional weekend appointments.
• Commission‑driven mindset motivated by unlimited earning potential.
