QA Auditor / Inspector

About the role

The QA Auditor / Inspector ensures that the contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) complies with contractual specifications, policies, and industry standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality, inspecting performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce the contractor’s QMS across all project facets, conducting daily quality audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Monitor and document work activities during regular government hours to verify contractual compliance.
• Perform inspections of completed and ongoing work, confirming adherence to specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and findings, and prepare reports for the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with personnel to identify non‑conformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in training initiatives to stay current with industry best practices and QMS compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or QA certifications are a plus.
• At least three years of experience enforcing QMS in comparable environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge equal to or exceeding that of inspected personnel.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet contract medical requirements for the deployment period.
• Preferred: experience in austere OCONUS settings, multi‑national workforce, valid driver’s license, and appropriate visa.
