QC Supervisor / Manager (Woven & Denim Apparel)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor/Manager to lead QC and technical processes for woven and denim apparel. You will work across development, pre‑production and bulk production, ensuring products meet design, customer and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee QC and technical processes for woven and denim products throughout all production stages.
• Monitor quality standards, analyse inspection results and provide timely feedback to factories and production teams.
• Evaluate fabric quality, garment construction, stitching, fit, washing, finishing and overall workmanship.
• Ensure raw materials and processes comply with internal standards, customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and factory partners to resolve quality issues and improve production consistency.
• Review test results, define quality expectations and recommend practical solutions to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Fashion, Textiles or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment trading, preferably with exposure to the US market.
• Strong hands‑on experience with woven and denim products, including fabric characteristics, garment construction, washing and finishing.
• Good understanding of factory safety standards and apparel safety requirements for US and EU markets.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Independent, well‑organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
