Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer ensures that all Ramco Group products meet customer expectations and internal standards. This full‑time position requires flexibility, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Approve all jobs before production runs, including new and repeat jobs.
• Monitor quality processes across production areas, ensuring compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Train operators on quality checks, sampling methods, and documentation.
• Conduct in‑process tests such as BCT, ECT, PAT, CALLIPER, BST and other lab‑related tests.
• Verify and properly store production samples and die cuts, and ensure obsolete dies are not used.
• Control non‑conforming products, enforce corrective actions, and manage disposal according to procedures.
• Test incoming raw materials, report non‑conformities, and prepare COAs for delivery.
• Perform vehicle inspections before loading and carry out internal quality audits for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Applied Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the corrugated industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork and good communication.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations, including consistent use of PPE.
