Quality Control Supervisor – Agrihub

About the role

The Quality Control Supervisor will lead the QA/QC programme for the Bonje Agrihub, overseeing laboratory performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting sustainable agricultural operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory performance testing and sample collection to verify quality compliance.
• Prepare reports, maintain records of inspections, and manage laboratory inventories.
• Oversee external laboratory service providers and recommend procedural improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HSEQ standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse test results, implement corrective actions, and maintain calibration records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Process/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in vegetable oil extraction or similar manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English (advanced) and Kiswahili (advanced).
• Project management experience and basic firefighting/HSE training preferred.
