Quality Control Supervisor – Agrihub Operations

About the role

The Quality Control Supervisor will lead laboratory testing and quality assurance activities for the Makueni Agrihub, ensuring that all vegetable oil products meet Eni's standards before storage and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory performance testing using samples from suppliers and commercial agencies.
• Oversee sample collection, product testing, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare reports, maintain records of inspections, tests and results, and manage external laboratory service providers.
• Maintain laboratory inventories, calibrate equipment, and support production operations to meet operational targets.
• Analyse test results, implement corrective actions, and manage quality documentation, permits and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Process/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English and relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in a vegetable oil extraction plant.
• Basic firefighting and HSE training (preferred) and project management experience.

Required skills

• Laboratory techniques and equipment calibration.
• QA/QC systems, ISO standards and Total Quality Management.
• HSEQ compliance, root‑cause analysis and process improvement.
• Strong computer and analytical abilities.
