Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator to oversee quality assurance and control across all laundry and dry‑cleaning operations at our Nairobi facility. The role ensures garments are processed, inspected and returned to customers meeting the highest standards, reducing damage and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality standards for garment processing, fabric treatment and chemical handling.
• Conduct routine quality audits of production, finishing, packaging and delivery processes.
• Inspect garments at each stage, document defects and verify cleanliness, pressing and packaging before release.
• Investigate incidents, complaints and service failures, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, prepare reports and suggest process, equipment and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance/control within laundry, garment care, manufacturing or similar service environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accountability and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
• Good report writing and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
