About the role
Securex is seeking a Radio Controller to join its security operations team in Nairobi. The role involves monitoring security systems and supporting information security initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security Management, or a Business related field.
- Diploma or certificate in a Customer Service course.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy call centre within a commercial business setting.
- Tech‑savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to quickly learn new software applications.
