About the role
The Radio Production Manager will oversee programming, scheduling and production workflows for a Kikuyu‑language radio station. This role ensures smooth studio operations, technical coordination and high‑quality broadcasts while collaborating closely with presenters and the production team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily programming and schedule creation.
- Manage studio operations and production workflows.
- Coordinate technical aspects with the production team and presenters.
- Maintain broadcast quality standards.
- Plan and develop program content.
Required profile
- Baptized and practicing Seventh‑day Adventist with deep understanding of SDA doctrines.
- Proficiency in Kikuyu language.
- Experience in radio production management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible, non‑standard broadcasting hours.
Required skills
- Technical coordination experience.
- Understanding of broadcasting equipment.
