Raw Material Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Raw Material Specialist to join our team on a full‑time basis. This entry‑level position is open to promising graduates and involves verification, statistics, and tracking of raw materials to ensure smooth production and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality specifications.
• Maintain precise records of raw material inventory, compile statistical reports on usage, and analyze material loss or discrepancies.
• Monitor raw material shipments, track delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and internal production/logistics teams.
• Conduct regular stocktakes, optimize storage records, and report low‑stock alerts to the purchasing department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates or those with relevant internships are welcome.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical reasoning, excellent communication, and a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms.
