Reach Stacker Technician

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Reach Stacker Technician to maintain and service our fleet of reach stackers and related equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of machinery in a logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes for all machinery.
• Prioritise and schedule maintenance tasks, coordinating with mechanics and operators.
• Inspect, service, lubricate, and perform oil changes on equipment.
• Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and restore equipment to operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance activities.
• Operate reach stackers and forklifts for loading, shifting, and delivery tasks as required.
• Report malfunctions and recommend corrective actions to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Experienced in maintaining heavy‑equipment such as reach stackers and forklifts.
• Strong ability to plan preventive maintenance and manage work schedules.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and equipment reliability.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with mechanics and operators.
